We work hard to understand your business and what you're trying to achieve right from the start, and apply high quality and testing standards, which means you won't need as much support.

Maintenance prices

We include a snagging period with every new project, and if there's an error or mistake with our work, we'll always fix it for free. For additional paid work, we offer these options:

Fixed price quotes. Tell us what you need and we'll give you a guaranteed price, however long it actually takes us.
Hourly rate. Choose our standard rate of £75 + VAT per hour and we'll charge you for exactly the time it takes (minimum half an hour).
Discounted rate. Pay upfront for at least 10 hours and pay £70 + VAT, or for 20 hours or more just £65 + VAT. You can use this hours whenever you like, and you can cap the cost.

Web hosting and domains

For business-critical or high traffic websites, we recommend dedicated or virtual private hosting, and can suggest third party hosting companies.

Our hosting includes control panel access, unlimited emails, website statistics, and technical support. We review your hosting each year to make sure you're on the right package, which means you don't pay for any increase until the following renewal.

Very low (20mb monthly bandwidth, 10mb disk space) £75 + VAT
Low (200mb bandwidth, 25mb disk space) £120 + VAT
Medium (500mb bandwidth, 50mb disk space) £150 + VAT
High (3gb bandwidth, 200mb disk space) £200 + VAT
Very high (10gb bandwidth, 1gb disk space) £250 + VAT
Charity rate £50 + VAT
Extra accounts £50 + VAT

We can also buy domains on your behalf, which we will always put in your name and automatically renew so you never lose them:

UK domains (.co.uk, .org.uk, etc) £12 + VAT for 2 years renewal
Global domains (.com, .org, etc) £16 + VAT for 1 year
